Effective date: 12 September 2026
Storage licence
The agreement gives the customer a personal right to use the allocated space for the agreed period; it does not create a lease or transfer possession of the facility. Only the named customer and authorised persons may access the space.
Payments and access
Fees are payable in advance on the dates shown in the agreement. Access hours, identification and security procedures must be followed. Access may be restricted for safety, emergencies, maintenance or material non-payment, subject to applicable law and notice requirements.
Prohibited items
Do not store illegal or stolen goods, firearms or ammunition without written lawful arrangements, explosives, flammables, toxic or radioactive substances, food likely to spoil, live animals, waste, cash, jewellery or irreplaceable documents. The customer remains responsible for the legality and safe condition of stored goods.
Insurance and risk
Goods are stored at the customer’s risk except to the extent loss is caused by conduct for which Cargo Path Ways is legally liable. The customer should maintain adequate insurance and keep an inventory. Facility security reduces risk but cannot guarantee that loss will never occur.
Ending storage
On termination the space must be emptied, swept and left undamaged. Uncollected goods and unpaid accounts will be handled only in accordance with the agreement and applicable law, including required notices before any lawful disposal or sale.
